Notice Regarding the Publication of the Shortlist of Selected Expression of Interest (EOI) Applicants

Date: 2082/02/05 (May 19, 2025)

According to the approved annual program of the current fiscal year 2081/82 of the Survey Department, under the program titled "Generation of High-Resolution DEM and Ortho Photo Map with application of Airborne LIDAR Surveying and Mapping through Multi-Year Contract" (SD/ICS/QCBS/01/2081/082), a public notice was published on date 2082/01/10 (April 23, 2025) in the national daily Gorkhapatra inviting Expression of Interest (EOI) from consulting firms as per Section 30(1) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Rule 70(2) of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064.

In response, EOls received within the deadline have been evaluated based on qualifications, experience, and capacity as per the EOI Document. Accordingly, the following is the alphabetical shortlist of EOI applicants, published for information to all consultants who have submitted EOI as per Rule 70(10) of the Public Procurement Regulation, 2064.
