Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited Call for Expressions of Interest (EOI)

Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited (SCBNL or "the Bank" hereafter) intends to sell below listed 3 vehicles owned by the Bank on an "as is where basis" and hereby invites to submit "Expression of Interests (EOI)" from the interested parties for the purchase of the vehicles.

Interested parties may inspect the vehicles parked at the Bank's Head Office and the respective branches as mentioned in the above table. Also, interested parties may collect the EOI form by 26th June 2025 between 10 AM to 4 PM from the above-mentioned office/branches. In case of the Bank's Head Office, EOI form may be collected from Corporate Real Estate Service (CRES) department. The deadline for submission of EOI form is Thursday, 3rd July 2025, till 4 PM. Interested parties may submit EOI form for single or multiple vehicles.

EOI form must be submitted in a sealed envelope and include a refundable deposit of NPR 10,000/- (In words Ten Thousand Rupees Only) per vehicle by submitting a Good for Payment cheque drawn in favour of SCBNL. The selected applicant will be notified by the Bank and should deposit the remaining amount within 7 days of the Bank's notification and should collect the vehicle by 3 PM, 31st July 2025. The deposit amount will be forfeited if the selected applicant fails to deposit the remaining amount and collect the vehicle within the stipulated time as stated above. All the charges and taxes pertaining to the vehicle transfer shall be borne by the selected applicant. The Bank reserves the sole right to accept or reject any or all EOI forms without giving any reason whatsoever. The Bank's decision for the sale of the vehicles shall be final.
