SODEIN Nepal, a non-profit social organization, is pleased to announce its institutional revival initiative with a vision to foster long-term, meaningful partnerships for social impact.

To realize this vision, SODEIN Nepal is introducing a Mutual Cooperation Model in collaboration with national and international institutions, organizations, and individuals who believe in sustainable development through shared values and responsibilities.

SODEIN Nepal is seeking strategic partnerships in four key areas: social development, focusing on uplifting marginalized communities and reducing poverty; environmental improvement, through climate action and sustainable resource use; agricultural transformation, by promoting modern, resilient, and market-linked farming etc; and educational advocacy, enhancing education with a focus on youth empowerment, farmer empowerment, agriculture, health, digital, banking, fundamental rights and sustainability etc. We invite like-minded institutions and individuals to collaborate for meaningful impact.

Key Areas of Cooperation (Support we seek):

1. Human Resource Support Deployment of part-time or voluntary staff to help expand our membership base and support income-generating initiatives.

2. Infrastructure & Equipment Sharing - Temporary access to office space, buildings, vehicles, or necessary tools/equipment.

3. Financial Assistance - Support for capacity-building, administration, and programs in the form of subsidized loans or conditional donations.

4. Project Partnership - Joint planning and implementation of major social development projects in priority sectors.

What We Offer in Return:

As SODEIN Nepal becomes institutionally and financially strengthened, we will reciprocate support through:

Revenue-sharing, cost-sharing, or reimbursement mechanisms based on the nature and extent of contributions.

Guaranteed long-term mutual collaboration for a minimum of 10 years.

Branding, co-investment, and joint visibility opportunities through public campaigns and shared platforms.

Priority rights and recognition for founding and early supporters.

We warmly invite organizations, companies, development institutions, CSR units, social investors, and changemakers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) or concept proposal within 7 days of this notice. Let us co-create impact through meaningful cooperation.
