Notice regarding submission of letter of intent for the Agriculture Graduate (Intern) placement program

As there is a program to provide grants for the purpose of deploying agricultural interns under the approved annual program of FY 2082/83, this notice has been published for the information of the concerned stakeholders to submit a sealed letter of intent for this program within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice and within the office hours of the next day if that day falls on a public holiday, along with the following documents, as per the Agricultural Intern Mobilization Procedure, 2074, from universities/study institutes/colleges recognized by the Government of Nepal that have provision for interns in the course curriculum of the Bachelor of Agriculture.

Agriculture Graduate Course (Course Curriculum).

A work plan detailing the number of agricultural interns available in this fiscal year, advisory committees, orientation seminars, seminars, action research, and package of practices.

If you have participated in the Agricultural Intern Mobilization Program in the past years, please submit an audit report and a detailed statement of the grant amount received.

The first or second stage where agricultural graduates (interns) can be mobilized.

1. Detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) of the Agricultural Intern and other information can be obtained from the Agricultural Intern Mobilization Procedure, 2074 BS available on the website of the Program Management Unit, Khumaltar, Lalitpur. The documents of this program regarding the mobilization of agricultural interns will be as per the Agricultural Intern Mobilization Procedure, 2074 BS and the prevailing laws. Also, the program may be operated in two phases as per the requirement. The first phase may be Kartik-Phalgun and the second phase Magh-Jeshtha. The Program Management Unit shall have the authority to mobilize interns in phases based on the course curriculum of the universities/institutions/colleges.
