Prabhu Bank Limited invites expression of interest (EOI) from eligible suppliers for enlistment for supply of various goods and services categorized below for fiscal year 2082/83.

Suppliers with up to 3 years involvements in the related field may submit their application form with below mentioned documents.

Firm/Company Registration Certificate (Renewed)

PAN/VAT Certificate

Latest Tax Clearance Certificate 2081/82 or submission report

Memorandom of Association (MOA) /Article of Association (AOA) in case of Pvt.Ltd.

Financial Statement of Last 3 Years

Detail of Company Profile (to be incorporate in EOI form) with Reference Letters from Present Clients

Suppliers can collect application form from General Administration Department Procurement (GAD-P) upon payment of non-refundable fee of NPR. 3,000.00 (Rupees Three Thousand Only) in the account no. 999-01260010200 (Central Settlement AC). Applications must be submitted within 4:00 pm, 30th March, 2025 (17th Chaitra 2081) at 4th Floor GAD-Procurement or nearby Prabhu Bank Branches. Application submitted after the deadline neither be accepted nor entertained. If holiday announced by Government on last submission date: the next working day of the Bank shall be the date for application submission (as the case may be). The Bank reserves all rights to accept or reject any or all applications partially or fully without assigning any reason whatsoever. The details of Goods & Services and other terms & conditions will be as detailed in respective EOI Form.

Vendors/Suppliers are requested to submit the supply detail only in specialized/authorized items/sectors & have capacity/sufficient manpower of prompt response.
