Request for Expression of Interest (EOI)

1. NTNC invites Expression of Interest (EOI) for the shortlisting of eligible, qualified, and experienced firms/companies/organizations to submit proposals for providing consulting services for the Nepal Government Funded Project "Preparation of Design, Drawing, Estimate and Supervision of Solar Electric Offset Fencing in Selected Areas of Jhapa District" and Wildlife Conservation Network Funded Project "Preparation of design, drawings, cost estimate, bill of quantities and work completion report for the construction of Rhino sanctuary and watch tower in Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve".

2. A complete set of EOI documents in English can be collected from the E-GP system bolpatra.gov.np.

3. The detailed notice can be downloaded from the E-GP system bolpatra.gov.np.

4. Shortlisting will be conducted based on the criteria outlined in the EOI documents. All applicants will be notified via the System. Only the shortlisted firm(s) will be invited to submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the specified assignment at a later stage. Each firm is permitted to submit only one EOI, either individually or as part of a joint venture. If two or more firms/companies/organization are to provide services as a group, organization, or joint venture, the name, address, and profile of each firm/company/organization, as well as the lead firm/company/organization's details, must be provided. 5. NTNC reserves the right to shortlist or reject any or all firm(s) without providing any reason.
