EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (ΕΟΙ) for Consulting Services for Complete Design and Supervision Package for Office Building at Itahari

National Life Insurance Company Limited, Lazimpat, Kathmandu, Nepal invites "Expression of Interest EOI" from registered eligible engineering consulting firms / companies for the Complete Design and Supervision Package for Construction of a Commercial / Office Building located in Itahari Sub-metropolitan City, Sunsari. The overall objective of the assignment is to design and prepare detailed architectural and engineering (structure, electrical, electronic / computer, sanitary and water supply etc.) drawings and provide technical assistance in procurement for recruiting a contractor leading to the supervision of the construction of the building as well.

Interested firms/companies are requested to collect the EOI document from National Life Insurance Company Limited, Lazimpat, Kathmandu during office hours on or before 11:00 hours of 03 Chaitra by paying a non-refundable fee of NRs. 500.00 (Nepalese Rupees: Five Hundred Only). The document should be physically delivered in sealed envelopes at the address as mentioned below on or before 12:00 hours of 04 Chaitra 2081. In case the last date of obtaining and submission of the EOI documents happens to be a holiday, the next working day will be deemed as the due date but the time will be the same as stipulated.
