1. Government of Nepal (GON) has received fund from Asian Development Bank, ADB toward the cost of Mechanized Irrigation Innovation Project (MIIP) and intends to apply a portion of this loan and grant to eligible payments under the Contract for which this Expression of Interest is invited for National Consulting Service.

2. The MIIP now invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible consulting firms ("Consultant") to provide the following consulting services: FARMER SUPPORT PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT (FSPIC).

3. Consultants may associate in the form of Joint Venture or Associated Partner with other consultants/firm/institution to enhance their qualifications.

4. The EOI will be evaluated based on the experiences of the firm/JV and their commitment and method toward project, management, coordination and quality control and assurance.

5. Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information at the of office Mechanized Irrigation Innovation Project, Department of Water Resources and Irrigation, Jawalakhel, Lalitpur Room No.: 239 during office hours on or before July 17, 2025 or visit http://csrn.adb.org.

6. Expressions of Interest shall be delivered online through htttp://csrn.adb.org on or before July 18, 2025.

7. The EOI documents shall be opened on 11:00 AM of July 20, 2025 in the presence of the representatives of the Consultant who chose to attend the opening procedure at Room No. 424, Department of Water Resources and Irrigation, Jawalakhel, Lalitpur.

8. If the last date of opening of EOI documents happens to be a holiday, the next working day will be deemed as the due date but the time and venue will be the same as published.

9. The Project reserves all the right to accept or reject any or all of the EOI without assigning any reason whatsoever.
