B. The Firm/Company should have met the following eligibility Criteria:

1. Brief Profile of the company

2. At least 2 years of Working Experience

3. Tax Clearance Certificate of FY 2080/081

4. Having experience of supplying the good/ Service to some big and reputed organizations shall be preferable.

Any firm may show their interest for any location &/or any item. On examining your suitability, you may submit your expression of interest (location & item) in a sealed envelop by 2082.03.21 (5th

July, 2025) to our registered corporate office. LIC (Nepal) will examine the feasibility of all such expression & empaneled

bidders for future procurement. Company may reject the empanelment request of any firm without showing any reason

Post empanelment, all the successful bidders will be asked for submission of their quotation for their chosen items for their selected location. This quotation will be valid for one year & company may procure any items of any quantity at their given rate.
