Notice regarding submission of letter of intent for affiliation

Kathmandu University has been granting affiliation to colleges run by the private sector to produce quality human resources with the aim of expanding the access of students to quality higher education of Kathmandu University in the Schools of Arts, Education, Engineering, Management and Medical Sciences under this university, in addition to its own schools, to study and teach some subjects from affiliated colleges. This notice is published to invite interested colleges duly established by 2082/03/10 to submit a letter of intent by attaching the following documents, along with a request to submit an application in the attached application format.

Documents to be attached:

1. Copy of the college operating license.

2. Academic details of the college (number of students, number of professors, teacher-student ratio, subjects taught, pass percentage so far).

3. College financial statement (asset valuation report including income, expenses and liabilities, FY.

Audit Report for 2080-81).

4. Physical details of the college (area of ​​land and building, location of the college and information on ease of access).

5. Legal details of the college (copy of the bylaws and memorandum of association, details of directors and copy of the decision taken by the board of directors to obtain affiliation).

6. Details of the qualifications of the academic and administrative personnel required to operate the educational program.

7. Details of physical infrastructure and means of transportation, etc.

8. Details of investments and cash balances reflecting financial sustainability.

9. Study/Survey Report on Student Availability Potential.
