Notice regarding software requirements

As this organization requires anti-money laundering (AML/CFT) software, a letter of intent has been invited from manufacturers and distributors of such software based on the following points.

1. The organization currently has 41 service centers in the areas of 15 municipalities in Jhapa, 7 municipalities in Morang, and 4 municipalities in Ilam. There is a central office located in Birtamod to operate all these service centers.

2. According to the organization's report of mid-March 2081, there are 59,247 more share members.

3. Currently, the main core banking software in the organization is Infinity Core Banking, developed by Info Developments Pvt. Ltd.

b. Another point

1. The software vendor company will have to submit a Letter of Interest in the first phase.

2. While submitting the letter of intent, the selling company should attach a copy of the company's profile, work experience, software features, client list details, and accreditation from an authorized body, if any.

3. While submitting the letter of intent, the selling company must attach a copy of the tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2080/081, business registration and renewal documents.

5. The software vendor company will have to participate in the interaction program (physical and online methods) with the organization in the first phase. ess loco

6. Based on the received letters of intent, the initial phase of the interaction program will be decided on the basis of mutual coordination, and the last date for submitting letters of intent is Tuesday, 20 Jestha 20, 2082, office hours.
