INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL), the "A" Class Commercial Bank invites Sealed Bid Quotation from VAT registered contractors/interior decorators for the interior construction of its branch office at Baluwatar, Kathmandu.

Scope of Work:

Civil & Architectural Works

Furniture Works

Electrical Works

Sanitary Works

Air Conditioning Works

Further details about nature of works, quantities and specifications are provided in the Tender Document.

Pre-Conditions:

The interested firms/companies who have not previously worked with Himalayan Bank Limited with satisfactory track record must have constructed at least five branches of National level "A" class Commercial Banks.

Bidder shall be a single bidder; Joint Venture is not allowed.

Bidding company has to perform the job and Sub-Contracting of the job is not allowed.

The firm must submit the following documents:

1.Company profile showing experiences in the related field.

2.Firm registration certificate.

3.Copy of experience certificate with contract amount.

4. Latest Tax Clearance Certificate.

5.Latest CICL Report of the Company

A copy of Tender documents can be obtained from the General Administration Department, Corporate office, Kamaladi after submission of written application in company's letter head and deposit slip of Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) in IDT Account at any nearest HBL Branches.

Tender Security equivalent to a minimum of 2.5% of the tender amount must be furnished at the time of submission of proposals. The tender security shall, at the bidder's option, be in the form of cash deposited in IDT account of HBL or a bid bond issued by "A" Class Commercial Bank with validity of 60 days.

The successful bidder will be required to submit a "Performance Bond" for the amount equivalent to 10% of the contract amount issued by "A" Class Commercial Bank with a validity of 180 days.

The successful bidder must complete the job within 30 days from the date of job order issued, no time extension will be given.

Interested bidders must submit all the documents outlined in the tender document and failing to do so may result in the rejection of the tender.

Submission Deadline: August 13, 2025 (Shrawan 28, 2082) within office hours. (Note: In case of public holiday, the submission deadline will be the next working day)

The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid fully or partially without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
