INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EΟΙ)

Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) the "A" Class Commercial Bank, invites for Expression Of Interest (EOI) applications from competent, authorized and VAT-registered parties for shortlisting of vendors for the fiscal year 2082/83.

Scope of Work:

• Supply of printed/general stationery, security printing items, genuine and compatible printer toners/cartridges/ribbons and providing courier services etc.

Pre-Conditions:

• The interested firms/companies who have not previously work with Himalayan Bank Limited shall submit proof of satisfactory track record.

The firm/company must have been in the relevant business for at least three years and should have work experience with "A" class commercial Banks. he relevant busi

• The firm/company must submit the following documents:

1. Valid copy of Company/Firm Registration Certificate

2. Valid copies of PAN/VAT Registration Certificates

3. Valid latest copies of Tax Paid Certificate

4. Company/Firm Profile

5. Audit Report of last two Fiscal Year

6. Articles of Association/memorandum of Association (in case of Company)

7. Partnership Deed (in case of Partnership Firm)

8. Latest Share Lagat (in case of Company)

9. Latest Director Register (Sanchalak Lagat

10.Latest Company Update (Company Adhyawodhik)

11.Appreciation/Experience letter issued by Commercial Bank(s)/ renowned corporate houses.

12. Authorization certificate for distributorship/dealership for the proposed brand

13. Latest CICL Report etc.

• A copy of EOI document can be obtained from the General Administration Department, Corporate office, Kamaladi after submission of written application in company's letter head and deposit slip of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) deposited in IDT Account at any nearest HBL Branches.

• Interested applicants must submit all the documents outlined in the EOI document and failing to do so may result in the rejection of the proposal.

• Submission Deadline: April 24, 2025 (Baisakh 11, 2082) within office hours.

• The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the EOI document fully or partially without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
