This notice has been published in accordance with section 30 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, to submit a separate letter of intent (Expression of Interest) for the program within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. No action will be taken on letters of intent that have not been submitted within the specified deadline. If the last day of the deadline specified in the notification falls on a holiday, the day after the office opens will be considered as the deadline. Technical and financial proposals will be sought only from the consultants included in the shortlist.
