Notice regarding submission of Expression of Interest.

In relation to the above, the “Civil Society Project for Promoting Improved Food Systems and Equal Livelihood Opportunities (NPL 1083-22)” project jointly run by “Rural Welfare and Agricultural Reform Group (Forward Nepal)”, “Kalika Swavalamban Social Center”, and Welthungerhilfe to effectively engage local entrepreneurs and enable them to develop their skills and enable economic development at the local level. Express of Interest (EOI) is requested from the entrepreneurs within the project scope with the aim of promoting and creating employment opportunities. Within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice i.e. on 2081/11/27, accordingly, within 11 March 2025 at 4:00 PM, the said technical proposal and financial proposal forward to Nepal Project Office Kapilvastu N.P. 3, Taulihwa or Central Office, Bharatpur M.N.P.2, Kshetrapur, Chitwan. For more information about the letter of intent and preamble, forward Nepal's project office or organization can be contacted via email at [email protected] dated February 24, 2081 (3:00 p.m.).

The letter of intent should be provided based on the following conditions.

• If anything is not clear regarding the letter of intent, the organization's project office, Kapilvastu N.P. 3, Toulihwa or central office can be contacted/placed.

• The technical and financial proposal should be submitted separately in the letter of intent. No condition can be placed regarding changing the financial proposal. How many people can be employed should be mentioned.

• Regarding the registered firm, a copy of the certificate of registration of the firm, PAN/VAT, as well as a copy of the tax return certificate of 2080/81, as well as copies of other documents required to operate the firm must be provided along with the quotation.

• In relation to unregistered firms, a written commitment must be submitted as to when the firm can be registered.

• All rights to accept the letter of intent and proposal or not will be reserved in this forward Nepal.

• Letters of intent and proposals received within the stipulated time will be opened according to the institution's rules.
