In this regard, for this development, under the Civil Society for Promotion of Improved Food Systems and Equitable Livelihood Opportunities (NPL 1083-22) Project, implemented in partnership with Rural Welfare and Agricultural Reform Group (FORWARD) Nepal, Kalika Swavalamban Samajik Kendra, and Welthungerhilfe, an Expression of Interest (EOI) is requested from entrepreneurs within the scope of the project, Yashodhara Rural Municipality, with the aim of effectively engaging local entrepreneurs to develop their skills and creating employment opportunities by promoting economic development in the locality. The said technical proposal and financial proposal are requested to be sent to Forward Nepal's Project Office, Kapilvastu District 3, Taulihawa or the Central Office within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. on 2082/04/09, respectively, by 25 July 2025 at 4:00 PM. For the proposal form and further information regarding the proposal, please contact Forward Nepal's project office or the organization via email at [email protected] by 3:00 PM on Shravan 07, 2082.

Note: The letter of intent must be provided based on the following conditions.

If anything regarding the letter of intent is unclear, you can contact/keep in touch with the branch office, Kapilvastu N.P. 3, Taulihawa or the central office.

The Letter of Intent must include the technical and financial proposals separately. No conditions may be imposed regarding changes to the financial proposal.

It should be mentioned how many people can be employed.

In case of registered firms, a copy of the certificate of registration of the firm, PAN/VAT, as well as a copy of the tax clearance certificate of 2080/81, must be provided along with the quotation.

For unregistered firms, a written commitment letter stating when registration will be possible must be submitted.

Forward Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject the letter of intent.

Letters of intent received within the stipulated time will be opened as per the rules of the organization.
