Notice regarding submission of application

First Notice Publication Date 2082/05/08

This notice has been published for all concerned to submit an application to the Fisheries Development Center, Mirmi, Syangja or the Veterinary Hospital and Animal Service Expert Center of the concerned district within (15) fifteen days (date 2082/05/22) from the date of publication of this notice, along with the necessary documents mentioned above, to work on the annual approved program cost sharing of the current fiscal year 2082/083 of the Fisheries Development Center, Mirmi, Syangja.

Lake-specific fisheries promotion program in natural reservoirs of Gandaki Province

Use or protection of reservoirs like lakes, ponds, reservoirs or related organizations/groups/committees or co-operatives

According to the Lake Special Fisheries Promotion Program Operation Standards-2081

Documents required to submit an application for a grant:

1. Application and project proposal with a Rs. 10 stamp.

2. Copy of Nepali citizenship.

3. Copy of private firm/group/committee/cooperative registration certificate, tax payment copy, audit report of the last fiscal year.

4. Decision of the board of directors in the case of cooperatives/groups.

5. Copy of business registration certificate.

6. Copy of the land title deed of the place where the firm is registered or, if under contract, a copy of the contract agreement for at least 10-15 years.

7. Letter of commitment to work on cost sharing.

8. Recommendation letter from the relevant local level animal service branch and relevant veterinary hospital and animal service expert center

Note: The format of this notice, application and project proposal can be obtained from the Fisheries Development Center, Mirmi or the concerned Veterinary Hospital and Animal Service Expert Center. Also, if the mentioned program operation criteria are amended, it will be accordingly.
