Dish Media Network Limited Invites Expressions of Interest (EΟΙ) from reputed and competent firms for the deployment of an integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Billing System (OSS/BSS) capable of managing large-scale operations.

The proposed system should:

Support up to 2 million active customers, with scalability for future growth.

Provide CRM, Billing, OSS/BSS functionalities including customer onboarding, subscription management, billing, payment gateway integration, revenue assurance, and reporting for ISP and Pay-tv including OTT.

Ensure compliance with international data security, privacy, and regulatory standards (including GDPR, PCI-DSS where applicable).

Offer integration capability with Dish Media's existing platforms (e.g., ERP, payment systems, mobile apps, call center solutions).

Include disaster recovery, high availability, and redundancy features.

Provide local or regional technical Agreements (SLAs). support with Service Level

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders must demonstrate:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience delivering core telecom/DTH billing or CRM solutions.

At least two successful implementations of CRM/Billing systems supporting 1 million+ customers within the last 3 years.

Availability of local or regional technical support resources.

Recognized industry credentials such as ISO 27001:2013, ITIL, or equivalent
