Invitation for Expression of Interest

1. Dhaubadi Iron Company Limited (DICL) has allocated fund towards the cost of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the following mentioned projects and intend to apply the portion of this fund to eligible payments under the contract for which this Expression of Interest is invited for national consulting service.

2. Dhaubadi Iron Company Limited now invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible consulting firms ("consultant") to provide the following consulting services for the following mentioned projects.

Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information and EOI document free of cost at the address Dhaubadi Iron Company Limited, Lainchaur, Kathmandu, Bagmati Province, Nepal during office hours on or before AD 21/09/2025(BS2082/06/05); 11:00 or visit e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp or visit the client's website www.dicl.org.np.

4. Consultants may associate with other consultants to enhance their qualifications.

5. Expressions of interest shall be delivered online through e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 21/09/2025 (BS 2082/06/05); 11:00

6. In case the last date of obtaining and submission of the EOI documents happens to be a holiday, the next working day will be deemed as the due date but the time will be the same as stipulated.

7. EOI will be assessed based on Qualification 40%, Experience 50%, and Capacity 10% of a consulting firm and key personnel. Based on the evaluation of EOI, only shortlisted firms will be invited to submit technical and financial proposals through a request for proposal.

8. Minimum score to pass the EOI is 60 (sixty).
