Information regarding wheat import!

This notice has been published to invite traders to apply to this department within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, along with copies of the following documents, for the import of 40,000 metric tons of wheat (HS CODE 1001) to Nepal through the Indian company National Cooperative Export Limited (NCEL) from the Government of India, subject to the following conditions. Documents to be attached with the application

1. Application clearly stating the quantity requested to be imported.

2. Firm/Company Registration Certificate

3. Import License Certificate

Redefining

4. PAN/VAT Registration Certificate

5. Firm Renewal/Company Update Letter

6. Tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2080/081

7. Financial resources must be assured as 100% advance payment is required to National Cooperative Exports Limited (NCEL) for imports.
