With the aim of working in partnership with the private sector and non-governmental organizations, Chhatradev Rural Municipality has invited individuals or organizations from the private sector and non-governmental sectors who are interested in working in the field of partnership as mentioned in Chapter 2 (Gar D) of the procedure for working in partnership with the private sector and non-governmental organizations, 2081, from the current fiscal year 2082/83 on a multi-year basis, to submit a letter of intent of their organization within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of first publication of this notice. Detailed information regarding this can be downloaded from the website of the rural municipality www.chhatradevmum.gov.np or obtained from the office of the village executive of Chhatradev Rural Municipality.

Documents to be attached with the letter of intent:

5. Submission of letter of intent/related application,

6. Certified copies of documents such as the organization's registration, renewal, tax payment, permanent account number, audit report for the last three years, and license from the regulatory body (in case a license is required),

7. A letter of commitment to disclose or arrange for the necessary budget for the partnership,

8. In the case of organizations working in a joint venture, an original copy of the agreement between both organizations detailing the work responsibilities,

9. Certified copy of the citizenship certificate of the authorized person of the organization submitting the proposal,

10. Original copy of self-declaration letter that the organization is not blacklisted,

11. Details (profile) of individuals, firms, companies and organizations,

12. Details of similar nature of work and organization worked on in the last three years. In the case of individual letter of intent, details of similar nature of work completed in the last four years,

13. Personal details of key personnel involved in the proposed work,

The letter of intent of the letter of intent provider will be evaluated on the basis of Sections 11, 12, and 13 of the Partnership Program Operation Procedure of Chhatradev Rural Municipality, 2081.
