1. Government of Nepal (GON) has allocated fund from IDA toward the cost of YETI program and intend to apply a portion of this credit to eligible payments under the Contract. The Office of Chapakot Municipality Invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible consulting firms ("consultants") to provide the following consulting service for which, this expression of interest is invite for the following consulting service.

2. Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information and EOI document with payment of NRs. 1000 at the office of Chapakot Municipality, Suntalitar-09, Syangja during office hours on or before 2025/03/04 or bidder should deposit the cost of EOI document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below.

3. The EOI should be submitted before 2025/03/05, 15:00 during office hours. The document should be hardcopy. Technical and Financial proposal shall be included in two envelop whereas the valuation process shall be in single stage.

4. Consultants may associate with other consultants to enhance their qualifications.

5. In case the last date of obtaining and submission of the EOI documents happens to be a holiday, the next working day will be deemed as the due date but the time will be the same as stipulated.

6. EOI will be assessed based on General Experience of the firm (40 Points), Specific Experience of the Firm (20 Points) and Financial Capacities (40 Points) of consulting firm and key personnel. Based on evaluation of EOI, only shortlisted firms will be invited to submit technical and financial proposal through a request for proposal.

7. Minimum score to pass the EOI is 60%.

8. The firm should be listed in Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training

9. Following shall be the technical criteria for the selection of the consulting firms.
