Notice to service providers

This notice has been published for service providers interested in obtaining a license for human excreta waste management, in accordance with Section 18 of the Human Excreta Waste Management Regulations, 2079 of Birendranagar Municipality, for obtaining a license from private sector service providers interested in collecting, transporting and managing human excreta waste within the jurisdiction of Birendranagar Municipality. In this context, interested and eligible service providers are requested to apply to the office with the following documents within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice:

Required Documents:

1. Copy of organization registration certificate

2. Tax Registration Certificate (PAN/VAT)

3. Proof of payment of taxes for the last year (tax payment certificate)

4. Experience certificate in related work

5. Technical Manpower Details

6. Details of equipment and vehicles to be used

7. Proposed action plan and methodology

8. Certificate of business registration at the relevant local level

9. Application as per Schedule 6
