According to the decision of this office dated 2081/12/27, the following program has to be conducted in the listed areas under the Prime Minister Agricultural Modernization Project, Baijnath Village Executive in 2081/082, the interested animal husbandry group/committee/animal husbandry farm/cooperatives must submit the necessary documents mentioned in the list within the 7th day from the date of publication of this notice (i.e. within 2082/01/04) According to (Schedule-10), all concerned are informed to register the application. Also, for information on this matter, you can contact the office of the Baijnath Village Executive.

(a) Functional Areas of Pocket (Village/Municipality): Office of Baijnath Village Executive, Rampur, Banke.

(B) Programs: A.B. New Bakha Pocket Development Program Operation in 2081/082.

Documents to be submitted along with the application:

(1) A copy of the certificate of registration and renewal of animal husbandry group/committee/animal husbandry farm in the relevant body,

(2) Documents revealing the ownership of the location (land/land) where the program is conducted or, in case of leased land, at least 5 years of contract,

(3) A copy of the certificate of citizenship or identity of the applicant,

(4) Copy of the decision of the working committee.
