1. The Government of Nepal has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Private Sector-Led Mini-Grid Energy Access Project (MGEAP), under the Alternative Energy Promotion Centre (AEPC), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the following consulting services:

2. The consulting services ("the Services") include support to the Project in carrying out the activities for the implementation of the Project.

3. The Project now invites qualified and experienced individual consultants to express their interest in the positions mentioned in the table above, to assist the Project with the project-related activities.

4. Detailed terms & conditions and the scope of services for the specific consulting service are mentioned in the Terms of Reference (ToR), which can be obtained from the website: www.aepc.gov.np. The selection will be carried out based on the qualification and experience criteria mentioned in the respective Terms of Reference (ToR).

5. The interested individual applicants should provide the information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experiences to perform the services according to the ToR.

6. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, 6th edition, February 2025 ("Procurement Regulations"), setting forth the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest.

7. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Individual Consultant selection method set out in the Procurement Regulations.

8. Interested individual consultants are requested to submit their updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) along with a Cover Letter to the AEPC/MGEAP at the contact address given above or by mail, or by email to [email protected] no later than 8 August 2025. Late applications will not be accepted, and any canvassing shall lead to automatic disqualification.
