Agricultural Knowledge Center, Gyagdi. As per the approved annual program of FY 2082/083, agricultural enterprises, agricultural companies, farmer groups and agricultural cooperatives within Myagdi district who are interested in conducting the following programs are requested to submit an application to this office within 35 days (2082 Asoj 24) from the date of publication of this notice, along with a program proposal in the prescribed format and attaching the necessary documents as per the details. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

Necessary tasks
Agricultural farms, agricultural companies, farmer groups, and agricultural cooperatives can apply for the program.
Through an agricultural firm/company, an area of 2 ropanis in open land or 140 sq. m. in protected structures should be cultivated, and in the case of an agricultural group/cooperative, at least 10 households should be involved and 10 ropanis in open land or 1000 sq. m. in protected structures should be cultivated.
At least 10 households will be involved in the farmer group/agricultural cooperative, with an area of at least 100 ropanis, and each participating household member will have to cultivate at least 3 ropanis.
Seed production programs should be conducted in clusters of food crops, vegetable crops, potatoes, oilseeds, and pulses.
In the case of a farmer group/cooperative, at least 7 households must be involved and cultivate at least 30 ropanis, and each household involved must cultivate at least 2 ropanis. In the case of an agricultural firm/company, at least 10 ropanis and in the case of an individual farmer, at least 5 ropanis in the same cluster must be cultivated in the same area.
Agricultural enterprises, agricultural companies, farmer groups, and agricultural cooperatives can apply to the program for work related to braiding, leveling, packaging, and processing of agricultural produce.
Agricultural farms, agricultural companies, farmer groups, and agricultural cooperatives can apply for the program for the production and marketing of export-oriented agricultural products such as coffee, cardamom, seeds, ginger, turmeric, and black pepper.
Applications can be submitted through agricultural farms, groups, and cooperatives in the ward that operate homestays, farmstays, hotels that promote local agricultural products, and community guesthouses in rural areas.
In the case of an agricultural firm/company, at least 20 ropanis and in the case of a farmer group/cooperative, at least 10 households will be involved, with a cluster of at least 30 ropanis, and each household involved will have to cultivate at least 1 ropani of land during the season.
Agricultural firms, agricultural companies, farmer groups, and agricultural cooperatives from local levels (Annapurna Rural Municipality, Raghuganga Rural Municipality, and Beni Rural Municipality) connected to the Kaligandaki Corridor can apply for the program.
1) Application and clearly filled proposal form with Rs. 10 stamp attached (You can download the proposal structure related to the criteria of the relevant program and the program demand from the website of the Agricultural Knowledge Center, Myagdi, Uyvanmar Bop Naya Lad and fill the proposal form.)
2) A copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate, as well as a copy of the landowner's title deed and, in the case of those organizing the program through a land lease agreement, a copy of the contract for a minimum of 10 years.
3) In the case of agricultural firm/farmer group/agricultural cooperative, registration certificate (if not renewed, renewed), ABR/CHN registration certificate, annual audit report, tax payment certificate of the last fiscal year and copy of meeting decision. 4) Recommendation letter from the ward office/relevant local level agriculture branch
5) Self-declaration letter stating that you have not received any grant of the same nature from the office or any government office in the previous two fiscal years.
PS: The above-mentioned programs will be operated on a cost-sharing basis as per the Gandaki Province Government's Unified Procedures for Budget and Program Implementation 2081 and the approved/amended program operation standards of the Ministry of Agriculture, Land Management and Cooperatives, Gandaki Province. Applications that do not include the required documents and processes within the stated date will not be processed.
