As the Irrigation Management Promotion Support Program and the irrigation management related program specified in the N.P.A./G.P.A./Ward have to be implemented under the approved annual program of the Agricultural Knowledge Center Dhanusha for the current fiscal year 2082/083, a notice has been published for the farmers interested in implementing the program to submit an application along with detailed documents during office hours within 7 days (date 2082.04.18) from the date of publication of this notice. Necessary documents to be submitted

Jaa 1. Application form as per Schedule 2 and 3 with Rs. 10 postage stamp attached.

2. Copy of the applicant's citizenship certificate.

3. Recommendation from the local level agricultural development branch or ward office.

4. A clear copy of the land title deed for at least two (2) bighas.

5. Copy of receipt for payment of land tax.

6. Certified map of the plot to be connected.

7. In the case of consumers irrigating in clusters, the form as per Schedule 3 along with a copy of the land ownership certificate certified by the concerned landowner and the applicant himself. Note: The forms as per Schedule 2 and 3 can be downloaded from the office's website https://akcdhanusha.gov.
