Notice regarding public hearing of the brief environmental study

Public Information Swavalamban Paryavaran Sansaran Cooperative Society Ltd. The environmental study work is ongoing for the establishment of a Women's Plastic Bank (Recyclable Dry Waste Collection, Classification and Management Center) proposed by the proponent. In this regard, a public hearing program will be conducted on the date, time and place as per the details for the brief environmental study report and suggestions to be prepared as directed by the Environment Protection Act, 2076 and the Environment Protection Regulations, 2077. Therefore, this notice has been published for the attendance of the concerned bodies of Budhanilkantha Municipality, Ward. No. 2, Kathmandu District, as well as the concerned bodies, organizations, public representatives, and local dignitaries who will be affected by the construction and operation of the Women's Plastic Bank.
