During the construction of the new building of the former Mohada within the hands of this school, the old unused iron pieces, rods and the iron of the old decks bench from the demolished building have to be sold. For that purpose, the meeting of the school management committee held on 2081.12.20 decided to sell the details and to call for bids by the buyer who is interested in buying the materials and should come to the school with the attached price list. Interested persons should pay a lump sum deposit of Rs. 10,000 (literally Rs. ten thousand only) Shri Velahia M.V. Account No. at National Commercial Bank, Bhairahawa. All concerned have been notified to register the closed price list along with the gross receipt by filing it at 3080100000404001.

1) If you need to see the goods or need any additional information, you can contact the school administration during school hours on days other than public holidays.

2) The closed price list will be opened on 2082.01109 at 10 o'clock in the school premises.

3) The person who can buy the same at the highest price will re: Rs. 10,000. The voucher should be submitted by depositing the additional deposit amount in the school account.

4) Full payment must be made and all materials picked up within 7 days from the date of opening the closed price list.

5) The security deposit will be returned after all the goods have been installed.
