Time Extension Notice for Sealed Bid

Nabil Bank Ltd. had invited sealed proposals from qualified and experienced firms/companies for the Development and Implementation of Bank Specific elearning Courses on 13th July, 2025 i.e. 29th Ashad, 2082, on "Naya Patrika" with last day of submission on 11th August, 2025, i.e. 26th Shrawan, 2082. This is to inform all the interested bidders that, the submission time for the bid has been extended till 4:00 Ρ.Μ. 19th August, 2025 i.e. 3rd Bhadra, 2082.

RFP documents with detailed Scope of works, Terms & Conditions can be received upon submission of a request letter in the official company letterhead along with proof of deposit of non-refundable application fee of NPR 5,000/-(In words: NPR. Five Thousand Only) to the bank. Companies in Nepal are requested to physically visit the bank to submit the request letter along with proof of deposit and collect the RFP document from the Administration Department, 4th floor, Ghantaghar building, Kathmandu, Nepal. Whereas, Companies outside of Nepal can email their request letter along with proof of deposit to [email protected] to request the RFP document.

1. The Physical copy of Proposal document along with copy of other supporting documents must be submitted to Nabil Bank Limited, Administration Department, Ghantaghar Building 4th floor, Kathmandu, Nepal, not later than 4:00 P.M. 19th August, 2025 i.e. 3rd Bhadra, 2082. Bid documents received after this deadline will not be accepted. The Technical and Financial Proposal need to be in separate envelope.

2. In case the last day of submission falls on government holiday, then submission can be done on the next working day. Same applies for bid opening day as well.

3. Both the Technical and Financial Bid shall be opened at Nabil Bank Ltd, Ghantaghar, Kathmandu at 11:00 Α.Μ. 20th August, 2025 i.e. 4th Bhadra, 2082. Non-attendance of any or all the bidder's representatives shall not hinder the opening of the bid.

4. The Bank reserves the ultimate rights to accept/ reject any proposals and shall not be required to disclose any reason whatsoever.
