Since the sealed bid received in accordance with the notice of call for bids related to the supply of pure drinking water (mineral water in jars) published in Gorkha Patra Daily dated 2081.09.25 (Notice No. S.P. 6/081/082) was not found to be effective in accordance with sub-section (5) of section 40 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, the purchase was made in accordance with sub-section (8) of section 25 of the same Act. As the proceedings have been cancelled, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned. It is also requested that you contact the institute for the purpose of returning the bond.
